Distinguish a dirty register from affected equipment

Keep disposal, installation and final access details visible in the quote. A replacement recommendation should identify the actual components rather than relying on a broad statement that all ducts are bad.
Question sprays, sealants and whole-system claims
A product name is not a work plan. If a provider proposes a biocide, sealant or other treatment inside the system, ask for its intended purpose, applicable labeling, material compatibility and use restrictions. Clarify what physical cleaning or replacement occurs first and why the product is appropriate afterward.
